The Confédération Africaine de Football (“CAF”) is saddened by the news of the sudden passing of Cameroonian International, Landry Nguemo.

The 38-year-old, who played for Celtic and Bordeaux amongst other clubs, tragically lost his life in a traffic accident on Thursday, 27 June 2024.

CAF President, Dr Patrice Motsepe conveys heartfelt condolences to the family of Landry Nguemo, Cameroon Football Federation (FECAFOOT), as well as the entire Cameroon Football Family.

May Landry Nguemo soul rest in eternal peace.
